How do you track your workouts

How do you track your workouts when you have finished them?

There are a number of ways you can do this.

Some of them are quite old school.

Some of them involve some technology.

You can just have an old fashioned training diary, write and journal about how you felt during the session, what the session was, and what you accomplished doing it.

You can take that to the next level and record it on a spreadsheet, including your RPE values for your rate of perceived exertion, and try to map that.

There are online training platforms, such as training peaks and final surge, that will record all the data measurements off your smart device, such as your watch or your phone, and transmit them all, plot it on a nice graph for you to not really be able to understand.
